Your access to and use of Sinpes is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Intellectual Property and Font Licensing

Sinpes hosts and indexes free font files created by third-party designers, foundries, and projects. The fonts remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. We do not claim ownership of the typefaces, and we do not guarantee that every font has the same usage terms. Before using a font in a commercial, client, or redistributed project, you are responsible for checking any license information provided by the original source or included with the download when available.

3. Site Content and Copyright

The design, codebase, text, generated metadata, and visual identity of the Sinpes platform are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may browse, preview, and download fonts through the public website, but unauthorized copying of the platform interface, bulk extraction, or reuse of Sinpes content as a competing database is prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to utilize our infrastructure for malicious purposes, including but not limited to executing denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, automated scraping that circumvents our API limits, or any activity that compromises the integrity and performance of our servers.

5. Modifications to Service

Sinpes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or cessation of the service.
